My 0.02: Hide and Seek
My kids and I love playing hide and seek. It's an oldie but a goodie.
I would say count to 20 slowly and loudly. The kids can hide. Make it clear what areas are ok and not ok to hide.
Whoever gets found last can be the seeker.
