Players: 4

Objective

4 players work cooperatively to reveal all the cards before making 4 wrong guesses.

Setup

Using a standard deck of cards, remove A,K,Q,J.

Place the 4 aces face up, discard KQJ.

Deal out the remaining cards (2-10) to each player (for an easier version, only go to 8).

Each player will arrange them in ascending order (which will not change) face up in front of them. Do not group same numbers together - there should be roughly the same amount of space between each card.

Gameplay

Take turns clockwise.  Each turn, a player can either:

1) Point at a specific facedown card from another player.  Guess the number "Is it a 2"?

If correct, the player who was pointed to flips that specific card over, and the guesser chooses which of that matching number from their hand to flip over.

If incorrect, flip over an ace.  When all 4 aces are flipped over, the team loses.

2) If the cards facedown in front of a player would complete the set (all 4), then the player can say "Number 3 is done" and reveal those remaining cards.  Note, if you are dealt all 4 of a card, you can do this yourself.

Expansion Ideas

Not fully tested, but:you could add in:

1) Each player has a "King", starting flipped up. Playing it allows for a player to guess a number for 2 separate cards/

2) Include a Joker.  The player who is dealt the joker must place it to the right of the card it was next to when they looked through the cards.  When a player has only a joker left facedown, they can reveal it.

Enjoy!

If you like this game, consider buying "Bomb Busters".  it's a better and more complete version and was the inspiration for porting this to a Standard Deck.
